Clickseon follows a strict no-refund policy.

All payments made for services, including but not limited to consultations, audits, retainers, strategy development, execution, or advisory services, are non-refundable, irrespective of performance expectations or perceived outcomes.

2. Nature of Services & Results Disclaimer

Clickseon provides professional digital marketing, SEO, branding, and consulting services that are strategy-driven and effort-based.

Due to the dynamic and unpredictable nature of digital platforms, search engines, advertising ecosystems, and market conditions:

• No specific results, rankings, revenue figures, or growth metrics are guaranteed
• Performance outcomes may vary based on multiple external and internal factors beyond Clickseon’s control

3. Performance Concerns & Resolution Support (No Refunds)

In cases where a client believes that service performance has been impacted due to Clickseon’s execution, the Company may, at its sole discretion, consider alternative remedial measures in place of a refund, including:

• Extension of service timelines
• Additional strategic or technical support
• Corrective or enhanced optimization efforts

Such resolutions are subject to internal review and are not automatic entitlements.

4. Communication & Escalation Policy

To ensure transparency and proper investigation:

• Verbal or telephonic discussions are not accepted for dispute resolution or exception requests
• Written communication via WhatsApp or official social media platforms is accepted
• Email communication is strongly preferred and recommended for formal review, documentation, and faster resolution

Clients raising concerns must clearly mention minimum 1 month before their plan expires:

• The specific issue faced
• The perceived problem or gap
• Relevant context, data, or observations

Clickseon will conduct a proper internal review before taking any decision. All decisions taken by Clickseon after investigation shall be final and binding.

5. Cancellation of Services

Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services by submitting a written request via email, WhatsApp, or official social media channels. However:

• They should communicate minimum 1 month before their plan expires, they cannot cancel the service without informing us with proper concerns.
• Cancellation does not entitle the client to any refund, partial or full
• Services already delivered, in progress, or scheduled shall remain chargeable
• Any outstanding dues must be cleared as per agreed commercial terms

Clickseon reserves the right to discontinue services if payment obligations or cooperation standards are not met.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting resolution through accepted written communication channels may be treated as a breach of this Policy and may result in:

• Immediate service suspension
• Termination of engagement
• Legal or recovery action, where applicable

7. Policy Amendments

Clickseon reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the Website.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
